I live in Edmonton, when will my order be delivered?

If you order by 8am on a weekday, you will receive your order on the same day between 10am-7pm through our courier Propello. We do not offer deliveries on weekends. For orders that do not make the cutoff time (8am) they will be delivered the next business day. Please note that we do not accommodate delivery time requests.

I live outside of Edmonton, when will my order be delivered?

If you are not located in either Edmonton, Sherwood Park or St. Albert, your order will be shipped with a courier. We will email you the tracking number once it is ready to be shipped. For Alberta deliveries it usually gets delivered within 1-3 buisness days. Deliveries outside of Alberta varies.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Canada! We offer free shipping when you order over $120. The only exception to this is Northwest Territory Island - We are only able to offer free shipping on orders over $200.

There's a problem with my order, what do I do?

Why was my order delivered in a bag?

We pack every order with love and package it safely as we possibly can to make sure your beer arrives well. Unfortunately, when we ship outside of Edmonton with different couriers, they sometimes drop the order and damage the original packaging. When this happens, they re-package it in a bag and then pack it in a box. If this happened with your order, please send us an email to info@sycbrewing.com and let us know if there was any damage to any of your beers. If the courier left you a damage report, please send it to us in the email so we can connect with the courier. Our team will provide options for damaged product to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

I ordered for pickup, what do I need to pick up my order?

When you order for pickup, we will send you an email notification when your order is packaged and ready for pickup. If you have not received an email saying it's ready for pickup we have not packaged it yet. When you come into our store you will need your order number so that our team can look it up for you.

I ordered for pickup, can I pick up outside your taproom hours?

Someone is usually at the brewery between 9:0am - 4:00pm; however, we cannot guarantee that someone will be there when you get there. Our team will go for lunch, run errands or be at meetings during the hours when we are not open. If you are by the area and want to chance it we'd happily help you if we are there.
