It looks like a lager and tastes like a lager. But it isn’t a lager. This new creation utilizes classic Pilsner and Vienna malts along with popular German Perle hops to bring you the crisp, refreshing flavour you expect from a classic Pilsner. But instead of using low-temp lager yeast, we employed a new Kveik ale yeast strain to do the job. And boy, did they do the job well! We introduce to you our new Pilsner style ale. A beer just as crushable as it’s traditional lager cousins.
